With about two decades of experience in the design and construction industry and a deep-seated passion for both the creative and technical aspects of architecture, Shaheen brings a unique blend of logical problem-solving and stakeholder engagement to every project. Known for a pragmatic approach, Shaheen strives to create solutions that benefit all involved, fostering collaboration and achieving successful, win-win outcomes.
Shaheen’s extensive experience spans residential, commercial and hospitality projects across continents and multicultural environments. This background has not only honed Shaheen’s technical expertise but also enriched her communication skills, adaptability and a keen agility to learn. With a strong commitment to sustainability, Shaheen is driven to contribute to projects that prioritize environmental responsibility and innovative design.

After over a decade working in the real estate sector, I decided to do something both exciting
and terrifying: start my own business.

Because I saw a recurring theme in the projects I was managing—homeowners, investors, and
developers were often left overwhelmed. Too many moving parts, unclear communication,
constant cost surprises, and way too many “I wish I had known earlier” moments.
I knew there had to be a better way to deliver real estate projects: structured, informed, transparent, and with a calm, competent hand on the wheel.
So here I am—launching a project management service tailored to renovation and new-build projects in the Netherlands, both residential and commercial.
I may be new to business ownership, but not to this work. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and how to get a project across the finish line with less stress and more value.”
